Gehlot claimed majority after meeting Governor

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot reached the Raj Bhavan in Jaipur on Saturday evening. He met the governor and claimed to have a majority. Ashok Gehlot claimed that he has the support of 102 MLAs. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot handed over a list of 102 MLAs supporting Governor Kalraj Mishra. Two MLAs of the Tribal Party of India (BTP) arrived at the hotel today to support Ashok Gehlot. According to the assembly equation, 100 MLAs of Congress, including the Speaker of the Assembly, Ashok Gehlot faction are close. 

After supporting two MLAs of Tribal Party of India, the figure of MLAs supporting Ashok Gehlot becomes 102. The support of 101 MLAs is necessary to form a government in the 200-member assembly. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has 72 MLAs. The National Democratic Party has three MLAs. That means the BJP alliance has a total of 75 MLAs. While Sachin Pilot has the support of 19 Congress MLAs. There are three Independent MLAs, and one MLA from the Communist Party of Marxist. In this way, there are a total of 23 MLAs in the pilot camp. Let us know that for the last several days in Rajasthan, there is a political tug of war with the Congress government. 

Special Operation Group (SOG) of Rajasthan Police took action in the alleged conspiracy to bring down the Gehol government. Even for inquiries in this matter, notice was issued from SOG to Chief Minister Gehlot and Deputy CM Sachin Pilot. The CM agreed to be questioned, while Sachin Pilot was angered by this and camped in Delhi with his supporting MLAs. Ashok Gehlot accused Sachin Pilot of toppling the state government with the BJP. In the Congress Legislature Party meeting, it was decided to remove Sachin Pilot from the post of Deputy CM. It was decided to remove two ministers close to him.
