If the daughter's name is to be added to this card after marriage, then a copy of the Aadhaar card of the woman, marriage certificate, husband's ration card is mandatory.

• Visit the official website of the state food supply department. First time you will have to create login ID on this website.
• After login, you will get the option to add new member name on the home page of the website, click on it.
• After opening the new form, upload the scanned copy of the required documents. Then submit the form.
• After the form is submitted, a registration number will be found, through this number the form can be tracked.
• The form and document will be verified by the authorities, if the information is correct, the form will be accepted.
• After this ration card will be sent to the home address through post.
